We were able to meet the needs of our gluten-free friends using these matzo-style squares during the Passover week. Makes good vegan gluten-free matzah balls if the balls are baked before adding to the soup.
Tastes like matzo but harder and somewhat brittle. Main ingredient is potato flour and I found it tastes a little bit like a potato chip, would be more enjoyable if it did not break so much during shipping, (see photos)

I found a GF matzah! The taste was pretty good. It doesn't really taste like traditional matzah, more like a sweet light cracker. We love them with cream cheese. HOWEVER-as you can see , the product arrived broken into pieces. I'm not sure how that could've happened in transit but something went wrong 🤨. PS- I wonder why they can't be used for a Seder?
I didn't care for the "new" formulation. More fat and calories and too crispy. I have been ordering the "old" style GF matzoh but this time they were stale and close to the outdate. Not really happy will this order. Probably will stop ordering. Its a shame because I had been very happy with your product.
Comes in two individual packages inside, one was completely crushed, the other packet was still squares, unbroken. I do not know how one pack can be crumbs and the other almost all in tact.
These tasted OK as crumbs but every single piece was completely broken up. The largest chunk was 1x 2 inches. I hope packaging can be improved for better shipping results.
This matzo is a great substitite for regular matzo. I recommend it to anyone looking for gluten free. The texture and taste are better than most gluten free products. My only concern is that it was not packaged well at all and arrived smashed into many pieces. (Can you imagine shipping crackers in an envelope? That's what I got.)
Was nice to have for those that were gluten intolerant. Texture was okay. It would be nice to have a GF option without potato as an ingredient. Many now also have nightshade intolerances.
Like everyone said these come SMASHED in a million pieces. It is a shame because in the gluten free world for me, my body can tolerate these. Darn shame we pay top dollar for everything & this is what we get.
