Yummy Egg Bites

I've made egg bites via Sous Vide and they are, of course, stellar. But I wanted to try some in the Instant Pot for faster cooking. So I bought this mold since it was recommended on a web site I use, and I was completely happy with the results.
The recipe I used: 7 cooked link pork sausage, cut in thirds, with three pieces placed in each cup.
4 eggs, 1/2 cup grated swiss/gruyere cheese and 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder; all placed in the blender and liquified then distributed among the 7 compartments of the mold.
1-1/2 cups of water in the Instant Pot, cover placed on mold, trivet placed in Instant Pot and mold placed on top of the trivet.
Cooked 5 minutes on high, with a 5-minute wait when done before releasing pressure.
The end result was firm egg bites that are very tasty, low calorie, and even lower carbohydrate.
