UPDATED: Fixed with supports help - Ran once then dead as a doornail

UPDATE: Email support was finally able to help me reset the robot, and it has been working ok since. I would recommend the company do two things to avoid this situation in the future: 1) Improve product documentation so that it is evident how to fully reset the product. 2) Improve on the email nature of support. Real-time online chat or phone support would be a big improvement. ORIGINAL: I set this up and it ran once. The app was a bit confusing but I got it to work. It did a good job at cleaning my living room. A few days went by and I decided to run it again. The app couldn’t connect. I thought it was odd that the power light was off but I figured that I just needed to wake the robot up by turning it on. Nothing. No lights, no sounds, no response to any button presses in any combination, even to reset. It seems like the robot has had some kind of catastrophic power failure while just sitting on its dock. Unfortunately the only way to contact the manufacturer for support is via email and they are not responsive at all. I don’t know how I’m going to obtain a working unit or my money back yet. Very very unhappy.
