It is 184 pages, but the pages are 8 inches by 5 inches, with generous margins all around and ALL of the text is double-spaced. Some of the recipes call for as much as 1 CUP of sugar, and many of the recipes have 20 g or more of carbs per serving. This is keto? The $100 per week you can save is an estimate of what you won't spend on fast food if you cook at home (duh), and the 4 hours per week you can save is based on making a grocery list before shopping so you won't "wander around in the store." The author's first language is clearly NOT English--many of the instructions are garbled or make no sense, or he tells you to "use your method of choice," or use "1 package" of fish but gives no idea of how many ounces or pounds that package is supposed to contain.
I have never written a negative review, but this book should be pulled by Amazon. It is a total waste of money, plus the time and aggravation of having to return it for a refund.
