This is an incredible allbum from start to finish, from my first listen I love it. I am a huge Dierks fan and in my opinion, this is his best. His voice sounds so clean and pure on this one, it truly seems like he has gone back to his roots. I already like it better than Black- you can really hear the beauty in his voice- very crisp. It makes me want to head to Nashville!
A great album from start to finish. The album seems like more of a rebirth and return to form after what seemed like a slight departure with "Black" this has all of the elements that made Dierks such a great artist and has provided him with the longevity that so many artists do not have anymore. This combines everything from the debut album up to "Riser" mixes it up and improves upon it. In my opinion this may be the best album that he's released showing more introspect and thought provoking songwriting.
I have been a fan of Dierks for 15 years and have seen him 13 times in concert. He is an authentic artist And it shows in this record. The mountain delivers Incredible music. This is Dierks at his best. Nothing on but the stars, Good bye in Telluride, and One Way are some of my favorites.
