Two Paws Up.
on May 23, 2018
Okay, I'm a dog walker, so it is literally my job to be on my feet all day. I have flat feet-it's not a huge problem, but I can't wear stilettoes (not that I'd want to, because I'm not a masochist) or ballet flats (which I can't pull off with my cankles anyway). I looked on here after I bought new tennis shoes-the previous ones were put out of their misery by a cantankerous Corgi who would chain smoke and pass out naked on her lawn if she was human. I was getting radiating pain around the outside top of my foot after about an hour of continuous walking. I needed arch support like a crack addict needs crack.
I loved these. It took about an hour of walking to get used to them, and when I pulled them out of the box I was a little leery because they look THICC. I'm pretty sure the words, "Damn, Son," came out of my mouth. That arch support more stable than my last relationship! But I don't even feel them anymore, and my feet are still happy after four hours of walking. I really love the support, and they were true to size for me. My shoes were a little tight with them, so I'd go a half size up in the shoe if you're planning on wearing these with a particular shoe that's low on the sides or in the back. It's like a muffin top. Eventually, it'll squeeze itself out of there.
I'll buy them again, after the next inevitable sacrifice.
