Recently I ran into someone I didn’t recognize because he had lost 95 lbs. He looked 15 years younger and told me that he lost the weight on the Ketogenic diet. He raved about it saying that he never felt hungry and never felt like he was missing something he couldn’t eat. He said he was pigging out in lobster with butter. Cheese. Bacon. Steak. Eggs. I was thoroughly impressed and bought this book to find out more.

I highly recommend this book for several reasons. Easy to read. Not too technical. As an older person, I also liked the larger font, lol. I really liked how they presented the information and gave you week to week meal plans, including yummy snacks. The back end of the book included very organized shopping lists according to each week. It listed dairy, produce, meat, and gave you a list of pantry staples to have on hand. I was impressed with the recipes too. They all sound so yummy and are not complex at all. For snacks, you get Fat Bombs to make sure that you are getting enough fat in your diet! Crazy, right? I can’t wait to make the chocolate chip cookie dough fat bombs.

This is a diet I think I can stick to. The book taught me that instead of burning carbs for fuel, by starving my body of carbs, it starts to burn fat for fuel.

I’m really excited to get started tomorrow, Monday, the start of a new week and a new me!

I recently purchased this cookbook to jump start my keto diet and give me fresh meal ideas! This cookbook does not disappoint. The first several chapters really break down all the details about a ketogenic diet and provide a clear picture of why it works and how to get started. I have been doing a ketogenic diet off and on for the past few years to help with symptoms I get from an autoimmune disorder. I feel my best on this diet!

Back to the book, I love how easy the recipes are and that the ingredients are easy to find items at a local grocer or natural foods store. I have a few food allergies and it looks like I can easy substitute where I need too. Yay! I am really excited to try the Gyro Salad with Avocado Tzatziki. I have been craving Gyros since I went gluten free, and this sounds amazing!!!! The breakfast recipes have all be delish so far and I’m excited to dive further into this cookbook! Thank you!

A healthy way to start your diet. This book offers a complete step-by-step guide program on how to get started with your healthy diet journey at home. It has daily meal plans and recipes for you to try out. It is a perfect book for me as a wife so I can use it as my guide in preparing everyday meals for my husband who is on a healthy diet and trying to lose weight.

The ketogenic diet is not a new thing I have been hearing this diet process for long days.
Though I have read several types of keto diet book honestly all of those books is not effective for diet perspective.
Literally, this author picked up every process of dieting.

The best thing about this author is he is positive minded and share each and every element of dieting.
Recipes of this book are extraordinary. All the recipes balanced with every ingredient.
The author discussed this book how you can lose your body weight not rapidly but gradually you can remove your body weight.
I should recommend this book.

If you’ve heard about the ketogenic diet, but are at a loss about how to get started, this is the perfect book. Even seasoned keto/low carb diet followers will find info and recipes to add to their repertoire. There’s an excellent introduction to keto diet, with shopping tips. The recipes are simple and tasty, with ingredients I can easily find at my local grocery store. Robert has created easy to cook recipes that my family absolutely loves.

Excellent book for beginners who want to start the ketogenic way of eating and also a good book for who are already keto but need some new recipes. The book was full of good information explaining the science behind the ketogenic way of eating compared to other diets. The few recipes I tried were easy to make and very good. I really enjoyed the Creamy Cauliflower soup recipe. I was suprised how filling it was almost like potato soup without all the guilts. I recommended this book to my sister and she is currently reading it. Thank you.

I love this book and even more so it was only a dollar to access a whole new way of Keto living. I have been on and off keto for over a year now and this book has helped me find easy and delicious recipes to try instead of sticking to the same boring diet I was eating before. I really like the meaty pizza casserole recipe. I leave out the bell peppers on mine though.

This book is a good deal of 80 delicious recipes which are not only tasty but also very good for weight lose. Basically ketogenic diet is very famous way to make body more strong and also helps to reduce weight as well. I recommend this book to those who want to enjoy these ketogenic delicious recipes.

I’ve heard a lot of people talking about the Keto diet and I never really thought much about it or looked into it because I’m not one to jump on the latest diet fad, until now.
I’m 8 months post-partum and for the first time in my life, struggling to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I blame part of it on just being a busy mom and not always being able to fix something healthy and satisfying to eat, so a lot of times I’ll just eat a snack on the go or a handful of this or that. The Keto diet seems to give great results to those that learn a new way of eating. This book goes over in detail exactly what Ketosis is and how to get your body in that state. It provides a lot of information about how your body processes food and in turn, what your body does with that food based on what you’re eating. It also provides some pretty great recipes and I also learned that although you really have to cut back your carb and sugar intake, there are lots of foods that taste great that you can still enjoy. I’m willing to give this diet a try but only because I have this book to help guide me through the steps to reach my goal.

Great starter book for those interested in trying out the Keto. So we all heard the craze about this new diet, however, the information I found was pretty intimidating. This book was really good at explaining what Keto actually is. The recipes are super simple and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry. Definitely recommended for newbies looking into the Keto diet.
