Sturdy, simple, easy to use. This product is very much worth its very reasonable price.

Pros: Sturdy, well priced, with an excellent clip, very simple interface and easy to use manual controls. The small but reliable and easy to follow recipe book is a great plus for people who are new to sous vide cooking. The 2 year warranty provides a great deal of assurance.

Cons: Somewhat bulky, displays only Fahrenheit readout, limited control (basically only on/off and temp/time settings).

The lack of bluetooth or WiFi capabilities may turn some people off: I in particular prefer a direct use gadget, not one for which I have to depend on ANOTHER auxiliary gadget (e.g. cell phone), but of course YMMV.

My first sous vide machine after reading MANY reviews. I did not want to spring for the super expensive (industry professional) sous vide machines but I wanted something I could come home and start 72 hour ribs. Yeah. This thing is a champ. As I am writing this review I have 38 hours left to go on my ribs. I am a cook, I have worked in the industry for years and have not come across a sous vide machine like this. Super quiet, excellent temperature retention, all around a great machine. For experts or beginners!!!!

Is working fine at present time Its a little bigger than I thought it would be but getting used to it Cook book basically worthless. This is another thing that's gonna take some time in learning how to use it Went online and downloaded some cooking times and just like the crockpot fiasco about cooking times I found a different set of times Chicken breast where just great Steaks are a little more touchy Need to use less time and you're better off with at least an inch or more thickness. Bought the 12 quart Rubbermaid container and a foldable stainless rack which is just perfect and a bag of those plastic balls. I sealed some asparagus but found you trap air and they float to the top. Vegetable cooking temperatures are really different than the meat time and temperatures. The reason I purchased this model was the negative reviews about Avoa's clamp kept breaking.This is a whole different ball game Now I have to get the right Sous Vide cookbook to go along with this product and find somewhere to store it. Your product is working well and is quiet I have no way to compare it with anything else as it is my first one

Have only used it a few times, but so far it’s performed perfectly. Holds the temperature to within 3/10 of a degree. Right now, we’ve had it on a 36 hour workout - added a chuck roast to the sous vide and it’s perfect. Highly recommend the Rubbermaid containers with the hinged lids.. the sous vide from OMOCOOK fits perfectly into the lid which makes it very handy.

It did a wonderful job with my ribeyes last night. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the setup instructions are not very good.Also, a short video would greatly help.
