The quality isn't all there.

The carrying case that everything comes in is pretty sturdy but I have some concerns and some problems with it, as well as the contents as well.
TLDR: The cards suck and will need to be replaced, the dice are dice, the chips aren't high quality but are by all means usable, and the case itself doesn't lock and the latches on it feel weak. The plastic tray that everything sits in was cracked in 6 different spots, and dust and hair sticks to it very well. Still I would say that the price you pay is worth the chips you get as long as you are looking for something to start with. These are not high quality, going to last you a life-time and a half poker chips.
For starters, the locks actually do nothing. You can stick the tip of the flimsy keys into the keyway and spin is any way you want, but it does nothing. Now it's not that I'm concerned about someone stealing anything from inside the case, I'm concerned that because the latches themselves aren't very heavy duty that the case might open while you're carrying it by the handle, and then everything is going to dump out.
The contents themselves are decent at best.
The chips feel like you can scratch them with your finger nail. The playing cards are nearly impossible to get out of the box. Once I started to shuffle them I noticed just how glossy and thin they were, so I replaced them. Everything sits on a plastic tray lined with an extremely thin felt which does keep chips from falling over if you leave half of a row sitting in the tray, but two corners of the tray as well as the ends of each row were cracked, extremely sharp, and it basically makes me want to replace it with just a regular foam.
