Seller is horrible and product is a disappointment

I was SO EXCITED to get and try this product. I had big dreams. I never even got to use it. There is no customer support number, only online chat and email. You can see from the chat screen it says “currently responding in a few hours”. It is extremely frustrating. This is not a $50 device. It’s a fairly pricey tool to not provide customer support. I am in the process of sending it back and hoping that I just got a defective model. I was really excited about the auto blade and touchscreen. But I never even got to make the first cut. The software looked awesome and like tons of fun. I had added fonts and designs and was ready to go. The machine wasn’t. I spent about 8 hours going through different programs, updating firmware, forcing firmware updates, restarts, and everything that was recommended. Nothing worked. So the almost $300 that I worked to save to buy this product never actually worked and has left me in tears. Happy Mother’s Day to me!
