First, the dryer is "top heavy" - the weight should be more evenly distributed to make it easier to hold while you're drying your hair.
It also didn't work at all on my hair - which is very thick - the brush just glided over my hair and didn't grab it. I had a dryer like this 30 years ago and loved it - so I was very excited to get it, but I couldn't be more disappointed in the results.
If I saved the box, I would return it.
