I've been using this product everyday since Dec 2nd and love my progress so far. I've trimmed down my waist and built up my strength! I recommend getting one of the Simply Fit Board DVD's to go with this board so that you'll have an exercise routine to follow instead of the paper instructions that come with the Solofit board. Also I prefer to use a small area rug to twist on for more resistance and a better work out, the rubber mat makes the twisting too easy. I use 5 lb weights when twisting for even more of a cardio boost!

I’m too lazy to go to the gym, and this board is great solution for exercise in front of the television. Love it. I use it every day for 10 mins.

My wife is a classroom school teacher. She stands on this Balance Board off and on throughout the day in order to get out of her desk chair and get some exercise. Other teachers in her school have seen her Balance Board and have ordered for themselves. Her sixth grade students think it is great to see their teacher on a balance board. She has started a rage.

I use it daily but haven't noticed a difference yet. Be aware that if you have a balance problem this may be dangerous if not used with caution

I'm surprised what a good workout this is! I bought it because they had me doing lots of balance boardy things at physical therapy. I got a serious balance board and it was too hard and a little scary. This thing seemed easier and more secure. Then I noticed that I was actually sore from it. I've been working out for a lot of years and I never get sore.

One caveat - I have tiny feet. I wear a women's size 6. I have very little extra space past my toes and heels. If you have long feet, this may not be for you.

Got this board for myself, but my kids can’t have enough of it. Even my little one is enjoying balancing on it. Great product, beautiful design.

This was such a smart purchase for me. I really despise going to the gym and having this fitness board makes it so much easier to exercise right in your own home while watching tv. I already noticed the difference after one month of using it for about 20 minutes a day. The board is very sturdy and fun, great for people who don’t have enough time!

The seller is fine and shipped the board quickly. However, the Solofit board is NOT of the same quality as the original Simply Fit board. I bought this board so my daughter could twist with me at the same time I am twisting and I liked that it had resistance bands. The problem is that the plastic in the Solofit is not as strong as the plastic in the original... and because of that the board bows out or goes more flat than the original Simply Fit when you are twisting... This causes the clips on the resistance bands to DRAG and CATCH on the floor! One clip bent on first time use and no longer holds correctly. The clips also put visible white stress marks on the board at the holes where the clips attach ONLY BECAUSE the clips drag. The clips are also noisy. They click during use which is annoying. I am VERY concerned that both the clips will break as well as the holes on the board if we continue to use the resistance bands. It should be ok without using the bands...but I bought the bands to use them... not to let them set unused. I do like the Simply Fit board much better because of these issues. It just feels stronger all around.

Makes a great addition to my home work out routine and helps keep it fun and interesting. Not sure I would feel like it's enough of a workout on it's own though, or at least with doing just the standard "twist" exercises on it. But still giving it 5 stars because it's high quality, super convenient and I love having it in my mix of home exercise equipment.
