This is a good book but the kindle version was difficult to follow as it doesn't really separate into chapters. When I read I like to be able to read ot the end of a chapter and then put the book down and go about my day, but this book made that difficult as there are no distinguishable "chapters" and I didn't figure this out until I was 1/4 of the way through the book. The book goes into A LOT of detail about the distilling process and the science behind it, which is cool, but if you are only looking to learn the basics of distilling this book may be a little overwhelming.
I was curious about home distilling and picked this book up based on price and other favorable reviews. I now highly recommend this book to any other curious souls. The author clearly knows what he`s talking about when it comes to how to make moonshine. There are very clear instructions on how to make your first batch of moonshine using ingredients as simple as frozen corn! I enjoyed the bits of humor sprinkled throughout the book. It really gives a glimpse into the life of this true moonshiner. Let this be your first book about home distilling. You won`t be disappointed.
