This charging dock is smaller than you'd expect. That's not a bad thing. It doesn't take up a lot of desktop real estate. It charges the Joy-Cons quickly. The LEDS are a nice touch, green at rest and red while charging. The only negative, and it's not a big deal, is that the LEDs are pretty bright. It'd be nice it their intensity was toned down a little. Other than that, this is a nice little unit and does the job well.
This Joy-Con Charging Dock KINGTOP has been working well. The charging indicator Red/Green Lights look very cool. Just plug directly into the USB port on the back of Nintendo-Switch for charging. Do not need additional charger. Recommended.
It's simple and an attractive addition to the Nintendo Switch. When you have multiple controllers it also makes it easier to charge them, so you no longer have to wait for one set to be finished. It's small enough that if you choose to you can put it "out of the way" and it can be plugged into the Switch itself, or into a wall charger.
This thing is amazing!!! I bought this as an after-thought for my grand daughter since I had picked up additional controllers... Not only is it compact, it is highly functional... As soon as you plug it in, it lights up green and looks really cool... Once you place a controller to charge, that one turns red until it is fully charged... My grand daughter loves the lights and is really happy with this... Highly recommend....
Love that it has two docking stations. My wife and I both use the switch and this allows us to charge one or both after heavy use. The one drawback is how bright the led connection is. You can see it clearly from any part of the house within visual range. That's not always a good thing.
This little base works great to charge all the controllers at once. My only gripe is that the lights are brighter than I would like. However, this isnt a big deal. I would certainly recommend this little gizmo.
I got one last year shortly after getting my switch. I loved this product so much that I decided to get another ^^ i would recommend who has a joycon collection they'd like to display in an elegant while while easily charging.
It works, I am happy with it... the lights are a great idea in theory but it's one of those things where the novelty will wear off and you'll unplug it quick if you put it in your bedroom or anywhere that you don't want a constant green or red light.
