I'm pretty advanced in my physical training and have spent thousands of dollars on top tier equipment in building my own gym and i was pretty dang pleased with the quality of this set. Most people would say "Its good for the price" but with this set that's not the case...it's TOO good for the price. High grade resistance Banda can run high if you want the kind that are durable and won't snap, and blow one of your testicles out mid rep. Highly recommended.

Not that great.

I didn't really care for these bands. I was used to the SPRI ones that we use at our gym, where the blue one is medium difficulty. On these bands the blue one was super easy. I had to put a bunch of colors together to get any resistance, which then just made them a little cumbersome to use. I bought them to use at my parent house while I was there on vacation. I ended up just leaving them there because I knew I wouldn't use them at home.

I fractured and dislocated my shoulder many years ago and have used resistance bands on and off since then to keep my range of motion open on that side. I’ve never bought a whole set before, just kind of used what I had and rigged up ways to attach it to things.
After one of my last straps gave out and whacked me in the face leaving a big red welt, my wife insisted I buy an actual set. I wish I had done this years ago. This set has everything I need in one pack and has a great attachment to use the bands using a closed door. The clips on the bands allow me to use more than one to get exactly the resistance I need. I’m glad I picked these up.

I think I just ordered these yesterday. Anyway, I opened the box. Picked a band, easily fastened the hnadles. I ordered the set with the door fastener as I thought I would need that to get the right angle and tension. But I thought I’d just go ahead and try by putting the strap around my feet while seated in a chair and see what I could feel. It was ok but not enough pull or use of my arms and back, Then I thought to spread my legs, which made the distance shorter and a longer pull. Worked great. Makes it quick and easy for a few sort stretches through out the day. Meaning I’ll use it often.

This set is everything you need to do a complete resistance workout. It has bands with weigh capacity from 10lbs to 50lbs. There are unlimited different workouts you can do with this set. I comes with all the necessary accessories to work out both legs, arms, upper and lower body. Very high quality and it even came with a bag to neatly store everything in. I have tried other workout band sets but for the price and the quality of this one you can't go wrong. These are defiantly worth every penny spent

I have no idea why these would even get a bad review. People have complained the bands aren't labeled. While that's true, the description has them labeled: Yellow (10 lbs), Green (20 lbs), Red (30 lbs), Blue (40 lbs), and Black (50 lbs). All one would need to do is take a sharpie and mark them on each band. I've used these and I have to say I'm quite impressed with them. You can YouTube videos on more ways to use resistance bands for more challenging workouts. I was very sore the next day after I used them, so something was working! :) Great to use in front of the TV while watching a movie. I'm very happy with my purchase. A great quality item for sure.

I love these bands. The reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the ankle straps are junk. As soon as you put any pressure on them the Velcro comes undone and the strap comes flying off your ankle. They’re completely unusable.
Aside from the crappy ankle straps, everything else is great. The carribeaners make it very easy and quick to connect/disconnect the handles.

I got this for both my wife and I. To be honest, we're beginners and don't really know how to use it. We had to Youtube instruction videos on how to use these in conjunction with our yoga balls.
They work well so far. Although the WENFENG branding on top of the cute colors make it not as cute as these bands could have been, but from a distance, the pastel colors look really pretty. =)
