I did not get this for a child, I got it for me, I'm 57! The case I had for my gen 5 fire tablet worked, but I have bad arthritis and some days it was almost impossible to hold or carry. You should market this case to the older folks, arthritic and disabled. I love it!

Good quality protective frame.. A bit difficult to remove the piece of plastic that keeps the shape during shipping but it came out finally. Good tough spongy case. Designed really for kids but useful for me because it makes 7th gen Kindles fit into holders made for ipads (power ports, volume control placement on 7th gen makes the usual dimension unable to be used. The handle means I can carry the Kindle and a cup of coffee in the same hand. :) The way the handle props up the Kindle for table top use has also turned out to be useful though I didn't think I really needed that when I ordered it. Somebody put some good thought into this design and the material that it is constructed of.

This case is excellent for kids. When I first received it I was skeptical because it is a thick foam material, not rubber and plastic like I anticipated. Perhaps it said that in description and I just missed it. Regardless it is a sturdy case and great for kids. My 4 year old has already put it to the test by dropping it down our concrete steps a few times along with the multiple other times she has dropped it on the ground. Tablet is still in great shape and case really shows no marks from being dropped. The buttons and ports are all easily accessiblr and my daughter loves the handle because she can carry her tablet comfortably and it converts to a stand for easy game playing, drawing, and video watching. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a case for their child's tablet.

This case is awesome! It protects your kindle and it also stands it up for easy videos watching and it is a handle for holding and carrying too. My 3 year old twins will love there. They are soft but durable. Definitely worth much more than the cost. I have tried at least a dozen ‘kid proof’ cases and most of them ar awkward, hard or even ugly but not this one. I’m super excited for my kids to see these and enjoy using them.

My 2 year old can safely carry around her tablet. The handle is perfect for her little hands. The chunky edges are great protection from drops & the stand feature works great you can stand it up or turn it so it's just slightly elevated. It's easy to put on and off and sits snug inside the case.

Stands up well to toddler abuse and is easily picked up and replaced, standing up, by said toddler. I'm very happy with this case and it's stand/handle function.

For parents it was easy to install and seems to protect the device as well as the amazon kindle case that comes with the kid version.

The case works for the newest generation Kindle Fire 7. It is a good bulky size for kids to handle. However, my main complaint is the handle/prop stand. It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stand very well at all. There is also no screen protection.

The case is good for monitored use.

It's pretty groovy.
They market it for kids, but I very thankfully don't have kids, and I use the case myself.
I got the black one. It looks cool.
I use it in conjunction with another stand. It's a bamboo tablet stand from IKEA.
Together they make the perfect super duo. Villains beware.
No. I won't take pictures. Too lazy and don't care about you.
You will very likely enjoy this product.

I have bought so many kindles for the accidental drop to happen and the crack across the screen. O was looking for a great case that would protect my 6 and 12 year old's kindles and not block any of the buttons or screen. This works great. Plus the handle also helps the kids with holding the kindle during play along with carrying it. So far the kindles have no cracks and they have been dropped in the cases....update we have a cracked screen. Dont buy these for a defense against cracks.

This slid right on and has done an excellent job of protecting my son's tablet. He went through multiple tablets and cases before I ordered this one. He is 3 and not so gentle on his tablets and this has been perfect. He loves being able to set it down and and having it stand up alone without having to find something to prop it up with. Previous cases the stand has broken almost immediately when he was rough with it, but this is perfect for toddlers who don't necessarily know just how rough they are being.
