Good replacement for the Breeze system. I have 2 cats and 2 boxes and change the pads in them once a week. One time I let it go too long and there was tons of urine, but it didn't overflow. No issues with smell either! not sure why others say they have that issue. I have my office in the same room as the litter boxes so I'm around them frequently and don't have an issue. **Side Note** instead of buying the pellets, we use Pinto Beans! works like a charm. only $.59 a pound, so much more cost efficient! I use them the same way I would the pellets - adding some every once in awhile to make up for beans that have been scooped up, and changing the whole lot every month and a half or 2 months. My cats don't have any issue with it! Seriously - give it a try.

I bought these to use in the Breeze system and was a little leery based on the price and other reviews that said they didn't work as well as the Breeze pads. I had a not so awesome experience with the Breeze pads (they smelled really awful after just one or two times of my cat using the box). I was pleasantly surprised to find that these are much better than the Breeze pads! They are really absorbent and fit the box perfectly. No added fragrance or scents which is better for everyone. I will be ordering more of these and am very happy with this product!

I have to wonder if the people giving these a mediocre review are smoking some cat nip. I’m a HORRIBLE cat owner. I love them but they make me crazy and I’m also super forgetful with the litter box, which I resent having in the house in the first place but hey, such is life. I have one Breeze box for two cats, and one of them gets sub-q fluids daily so he pees a LOT. My slacker self usually gets around to changing the pad every Sunday. And these pads work WAYYYYYYYYY better than the original Breeze pads. The others are hot mess with liquid floating on top - these are completely gelled up and nice and solid. So if you are a loser like me, save yourself a ton of money and gagging and buy these pads instead. For real.

We use these pads in a Tidy Cat Breeze litter system. We have one cat the urinates like a small dog and the regular clumping litter gets used up fast. With this system the urine filters down through the pellets and gets soaked up by the pad. This pad works as well as if not better then the ones that come with the box. It is surprising how much urine it can hold and keeps the smell in check, which is saying a lot if you know what cat urine can smell like.
We also have this in the bottom of a shifting litter box with Pine pellets as an experiment due to the cost of Tidy Cat pellets and foster cats. Some cats use it some prefer the regular litter but we have multiple boxes. The pad itself is like throwing away a diaper.

I was a bit skeptical but decided to try them for my Breeze litter system for which they are designed. I have been very pleased to find they last as long as the original pads. For some odd reason the pee shows more on these pads, but I do not find an odor (I keep the box in my laundry room). I have 2 cats and one of these boxes which is the one they use most of the time. They tend to pee at one end of the box so after 2-3 days I turn around the tray and then I get another couple of days out of the pad. So I change it about every 5 days. The pad fits into the tray exactly the same as the original Breeze pad, looks almost like the original pad and lasts as long. In my experience. Definitely switching over to these.

These are very thick and absorbent. They are comparable to the breeze liners, only more affordable. I've been trying to find ways to cut costs on the breeze, and while I've not yet found a good compromise for the pellets, this will do nicely for the pad.

They work just as good as the expensive tidy cat brand. Some reviews have said that it doesn't hold odor like the Tidy Cats brands, but I find that at times I still smell urine using tidy cat brands anyway. The trick is to have enough pellets into the cat litter box to cover the vents, so odor does not escape. And you will never have an issue. I have seven cats and you will never know that I own one.

Because of the price, I wanted to like them. However, they are not as good as the originals for a multi-cat house.
First, you need to change the pad more often than the Tidy Cat's pads.
Second, and most importantly, they do NOT absorb the pee smell, as well as the Tidy Cat. For the first time in years, I smelled the cats' pee! Gosh, it is not good to have a house smelling like cats' pee.
They might work for a single cat situation but not in a multi-cat house.
Thus, I am going back to the Tidy Cat's pads. Luckily I bought the 20 pads instead of the 40!

I only have one cat, but he has 3 litterboxes as I HATE the smell of a cat in the house.....with the Breeze system (all of my litterboxes are Breeze), you seriously can't even tell I have a cat. There is zero tracking and these pads soak up the urine and smell immediately. I knocked one star off because they aren't *quite* as absorbent or odor-trapping as the name brand, but they definitely are worth it due to the cost difference. Will definitely purchase again!

These work pretty well. I am giving 4 stars because they don't hold in odor as well as the name-brand pads. This is actually both good and bad. I'm the type that doesn't usually change the cat pads until my nose tells me it is time. Withe the name-brand pads that sometimes came too late, as they kept the smell in until the pads were practically floating. Not only does that make changing them a problem, it also means I have to wash cat pee from the tray before putting in a new pad. As I said, these AmazonBasics pads don't hold the odor quite as well, but that means that when my nose tells me its time to change them they aren't yet over-full. I've just purchased my second 40 pack of these instead of getting the better-performing name brand pads because I prefer not having to deal with overflowing trays.
