I’m one of those “I don’t usually write reviews” people, but I love this speaker so much that I really wanted to share one.
The sound: excellent! Everything simply sounds rich and full on the C10. Bass is deep but not overwhelming. Treble is crisp. The balance is just right from highs to lows. However, if you do feel the need to adjust you can do so in the app. There’s also a subwoofer input on the rear, but I can’t imagine needing one as this gets LOUD. It easily fills my entire living room and doesn’t distort at all.

Look: it’s definitely a very minimal looking speaker, which I love. I’ve gotten several compliments and questions about who makes it. The grey color is gorgeous but looking at the photos of the black version, I’m sure it looks equally nice. There’s a whole bunch of buttons on top to control power, input, volume etc. they all feel nice and not cheap at all.

Connectivity: you have to use the AP app to set up, which was pretty easy. It connects to your wireless network which I’ve found to work just fine. There’s connections for rca/line-in for turntables (tho you still need a preamp for that) and an aux/3.5 mm jack, Bluetooth and airplay. I have my amazon dot connected via aux and have had no issues. The app lets you connect to Spotify (just transfers you to the Spotify app to use connect), your phone library, Apple Music (again transfers you to music app on your iphone) and a few other services. Absent is pandora which isn’t available abroad so it’s not listed - though you can easily play via a connected echo. Airplay is supported as well so you can pretty much stream/play anything locally from any Apple device connected to WiFi. Airplay sound is lossless and simply destroys Bluetooth, which I find makes everything sound flat and muddy.

The only thing I don’t like is that the unit goes into standby mode after about 20 minutes of not being used. This means that “always on” devices like an echo dot will stop responding (if connected via aux like mine) when the unit goes into standby, so you have to wake it up by pressing the power button or opening the app. It’s a bit frustrating, but not a dealbreaker. I thought mine might have had a defect initially, but AP customer service responded to my question quickly and told me that standby mode is required for all devices made abroad as part of EU power regulations. I can overlook this because the unit just sounds and looks so great otherwise. I was using a fluance fi50 before this and the C10 has a much better, fuller sound and the airplay completes the package.
As a person who has gone through several speakers previously, this one is my top pick so far.

The Audio Pro Addon C10 - Compact WiFi Wireless Multi-Room Speaker - High Fidelity - Works With Alexa - Black speaker puts out amazing sound. The mid and high ranges are just as described in their product specs. I was slightly disappointed with the range of the base but for the environment I bought it for, worked perfect. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a very good sounding speaker at an acceptable price point.

HOWEVER, don't make the same mistake i did! This is not a FULLY functioning wireless speaker that can be taken anywhere. It does NOT have an internal battery and must be connected to a supported external powersource.

I keep staring at this beautifully crafted speaker trying to figure out how such great sound can come out of it. It is crisp and fills a large room with sound. Bass is well represented. Looks amazing. I recommend the gray with the brown leather handle, gorgeous.

Make sure you use 2.4 ghz wifi for less hassle. Doesn't like 5 ghz but will work if you don't mind redoing wifi signal everytime you unplug unit, which was my experience so finally put home wifi on 2.4 and it never loses network connection. This could be fixed with firmware update I'm sure.

It's a nice clean looking unit..Sound quality probably won't blow you away (tested lossless wifi only) but for small speaker not bad. Treble highs suffer the most IMO, not really close to the soundbar ZVOX Audio SB500 I was comparing next too. It does get loud at 80 watts total RMS and bass is on boomy side.
The Zvox soundbar isn't portable plus big and heavy so wasn't comparing apples to apples here, just saying its not gonna be mind blowing
audio with such a small package. My primary home system is Klipsch so you can tell I like a speaker that leans more on the bright side and this one doesn't.

Edit after a full week I'm little disappointed. Can't get use to the fact base is overdone. Sound quality is just okay for the sticker price, just too much bass for my liking so downgraded to 3 stars.

I'm a hardcore audiophile, and the C10 exceeded my high expectations. Build quality is high and setup is easy. The overall sound is open and clean, and the highs are clear and detailed without that fatiguing, etched quality that's common to products in this price range with decent detail. But probably the most surprising aspect of the sound is the bass, which has both quality and quantity. And this is not the sloppy, bloated bass that you hear in Bose systems - this is dynamic, punchy and authoritative. The C10 would be a remarkable value at twice the price.

Bottom line: The C10 looks pretty, and sounds good as an individual speaker for bluetooth or turntable. The Audioipro app and multiroom functionality are total failures.

Longer version: My intent was to create a multiroom setup using the Audiopro C10 and two Audopro Link 1 units, each of which were to be connected to powered speakers in rooms immediately adjacent to the C10. I was able to connect the C10 to my wifi and add it to the control app. Only one of the two Link 1 units would successfully connect to my wifi or to the iphone control app. I was able to group the C10 and single functioning Link 1 unit via the iphone app. Both the C10 and Link 1 would then play the same music in separate rooms. However, they *would not do so at the same time*. Music via bluetooth plays through the Link 1-connected speakers several beats behind the audio from the C10. When playing vinyl, music coming through the Link1 lags several seconds behind the C10. The result is a cacophonous mess.

Less than 24 hours after setting up my the multiroom system, the iphone app could no longer find *either* the C10 or Link1 that had been previously connected. I was able to run the setup sequence again and reconnect to the C10. Unfortunately now the Link 1 that was working previously will not connect to my wireless network.

**Edited four days later to add**: This afternoon the Audiopro app was once again not able to find my C10 on startup. Moreover, it is now completely unable to locate or reconnect to the speaker. Audiopro customer service suggested I perform a factory reset on all the speakers they sent me - however, it is only possible to do so if those speakers are connected to the app ... which mine obviously are not. I have asked Audiopro to issue a return for both Link 1 units.

The sound quality is beautiful. I love being able to set up a left and right channel for stereo listening. Once I set it up with the app. anyone could connect via bluetooth to the pair of them and play in stereo without using the app.e so far I have only used bluetooth as a source
