I was hesitant at first because it was cheaper than most of the sous vide cookers out there, but I cooked a steak, and it came out a perfect medium rare with literally no gradient. I set the temp at 133 degrees Fahrenheit, and that was the exact temp of my steak when I tested the meat with a thermometer! This can definitely hold its own against the other sous vide machines like Anova, Joule, or any of the other top brands, but at a fraction of the cost.

: I have been looking into Sous Vide for a while now. Got this as a gift. Couldn’t be happier. This device works great and price is perfect. It is a set it and forget device. Does not have bells and whistles like bluetooth etc of the more expensive units. But it does its job. It is quiet, accurate and easy to use. Plus the food comes out just right. Need to play with the temperate adjustments.

This is an excellent low cost, starter sous vide cooker. Everything I cook with this, comes out juicy and tender. It makes a perfect steak.

Great way to begin sous vide cooking. Affordable, follow the booklet. Get great videos from youtube. So far I've cooked duck, turkey, and
brisket. For a first time sous vider I am amazed. Easy and smart way to cook.
Would be 5 stars if there were a contact site for parts if ever needed.

Sous vide cooking is all its cracked up to be. I have used slow cooking for a while. This is a lot similar. Low temperate cooking over a long period of time. Steaks came up great. Still experimenting with other things. Anyway I really like it :)

Best it can maintain is about 210f. Returning.
