I purchased this cable for the purpose of having a stable 1Gbit connection over 50 feet distance, and the cable delivers just that. I haven't tested it for any kind of interference protection that comes with Cat7 standard, but for a home user that kind of protection is never needed anyway. The fact that the cable is flat helps when routing it behind furniture.

Very nice flat cable easy to work with. It's solid and well made. But I'm only giving it 4 start because it is 30 ga. wire and I wonder about line loss over the 100 ft. length. For that reason, I ended up not installing it and purchased a 24 ga cable instead --- about double the price, but I feel more confident about bandwidth.

DO NOT use this product outdoors, the internal cable is the thinnest I have ever seen, I should have been more weary of this cable for an outdoor installation, as well there is no way it is Cat7, it is just plastic and wire with no twisted pair shielding! This cable I bought is faulty and now needs replacement that involves going on the steep roof to replace it for an outdoor PTP Wireless application. This cable didn't last a year even though I put it in a PVC pipe to shield it from the elements, don't waste your money the internals of this cable are not good quality.

Nothing not to love about this cable. Even feels good in your hands. Everything about it screams quality and that it is made to last a long time. I have it running on ps4 and what a difference in speed with high speed cable.

High quality, very high bandwidth cat7 cable was perfect for running a new line to another room of the house through the ceiling.

Installed this one under my house to connect my router to the TV. I liked the quality of the connectors which appeared will be better at resisting corrosion. The flat nature of it made it easy to attach with clips to the underside of the house framing. I did have a problem with it tangling badly at first. I had to take it out and lay it out straight and untwist it first and then pull it gradually as I attached it.

I have a 66' length running up the inside of a 43 foot aluminum pole (out of the weather) and so far so good. It is very thin, and that can be both good and bad for various reasons. Too thin and not enough strength, too thick and you can hide it easily along wall boards, etc. The Network Analyzer says 0 errors on a 1 Gbps link copying a large amount of data. Not tested with 10 Gbps speeds (yet).

Works great. I installed this last summer so I could run a cable from my basement to my upstairs bedroom where I have another wireless access point. The cable runs from the basement, outside the house and then up the side into a hole that leads to the bedroom. We had an extremely cold Winter here and it held up wonderfully while partially exposed to the elements.

Have had good performance with this cable using poe and gigabit speeds. Nice to work with, fits up along the eaves and foundations of buildings. Carries better signal and power than the twisted pair round cable I was using.
