Projectile PooooooH!!!!!! Reporting to the FDA
on August 2, 2018
This past year I started Science Diet ordering from Amazon. Every other bag has been delivering in the pouring rain with the box and or bag soaked. The contents appear dry, though. However, unlike the bags I pick up at the local pet store, these bags of food have caused projectile diarrhea within hours of feeding on the newly delivered bags. This has happened at least four times. Diarrhea resolves after a day of fasting and starting on a bland diet, but the whole new bag that caused diarrhea can't be trusted to feed again. What a waste and rip-off. I am reporting the adulterated feed to the FDA. I have fed Hill's science diet to large breed dogs averaging 120# since hills started the diet because of the good performance, great coat, and small, compact feces (good stool quality). As one can imagine, good stool quality is important if you're picking up after my Great Danes and German Shepherds. These dogs have lived to 13+ years fed almost exclusively on Hill's Science Diet. Now I do not trust the Science Diet brand.
