As a newcomer to yoga I find the content good and generally clearly presented. However, there are two caveats to be aware of:
1 - They deliberately make it impossible to upload or copy the content (that you've paid for) onto a hard drive or thumb drive, for travel etc.
2 - They bombard you with ads, on the DVDs! Imagine buying a CD and having to listed to ads after every song!

OK, I cannot believe this. I've only done the 1st 2 of these, and I feel VERY GOOD. Now, some brief history: I have been feeling VERY BAD. Physically, mentally. In general. Stiff, sore, discouraged, unmotivated. I even tried yoga 2X's before in my life, and both times I hurt myself, so that I couldn't do any other exercise for over a week, both times. So I crossed it off my list - not for me. But something about this kept nagging at me ... maybe the great emphasis on beginners, those who are literally afraid of yoga, etc.

Maybe the idea of flexibility (I'm 64). One more try, I can always send it back, I thought. Well ... unbelievable. I feel so good I can't even explain it, it doesn't even make sense - & this is not a placebo effect (I'm a therapist, I know all about that). I just plain old feel better - MUCH better. No aches or pains today (1st time in months) & I'm in a good mood (no other identifiable reason). Just reporting the facts, everyone, please take from it what you will! (And if you buy it, enjoy!!!)

This is Beach Body genius. I've tried and hated Yoga several times. But I just finished week 2 of this program and I'm really liking it. The reason is the 30 minute classes. In a full Yoga class, you are doing stretches, core, balance, etc. for an hour or longer. If you are not quite in tune with the whole "practice" idea, it's a very frustrating experience. But these sessions are broken out into 30 minute sessions, each day focusing on just one aspect. So first day it's core, next day it's stretching, then balance, then flow, and a shorter flow on the 5th day. There are weekend relaxation and 10-minute focus sessions as well. Each week builds on the last. Basic Yoga moves are included each day, so that by day 5 you are used to doing them. With the 30 minute focus, I don't get (very) frustrated. And the instructors are cool about not being flexible, or falling off balance (they do it as well), etc. I anticipate continuing to incorporate this into larger exercise program with other BB videos after I've finished the 3rd week.

The instructors were good. Not a bad program. Gave it 3 stars because of all the commercials in between practices. Couldn't fast forward past them. I felt after spending the money on the ads, which is a bit costly, I shouldn't have to put up with commercials. I will not buy from beach bodies again.

This product is misleading you can not stream on any device. You have to sign up for a membership for a expensive monthly fee. Buyer beware the info is misleading. We called the company all they would say was sorry. Not willing to fix there advertising or correct the situation

I just started the program, so far so good, there's always somebody in the back who is doing the modification. I wish they would show a little bit more of the person doing the modification. So that the beginner like myself can see them and know which form to go into.

The instructors were pretty good. I liked that they included a calendar and meal plan, but what bothers me are the ads. I do yoga to relax and clear my head. I'd rather not have to listen to a sales pitch, especially one I can't fast-forward through. I found that very frustrating. When I tried to return the DVDs, I discovered that Beachbody has a shorter return window than most other vendors, so I missed it by two days even though I haven't had their product for a month yet. So, good product if you know basic yoga and are okay listening to ads, if not, be sure and keep an eye on the return date.

This is a lot harder than it looks. The first time I only got to the 18 minute mark and broke a sweat. So I am going to keep trying until I can do the whole 30 minutes.

Only a few days into the program however, it's excellent. Yoga classes I've attended at my health club have lacked proper instruction for the beginner. That's why I love this program - the first week is dedicated to focusing on proper form. Looking forward to weeks two and three. I think I found the beginner yoga class I've bee looking for.

I'm really out of shape. I've mostly been watching and only slightly participating, but what little I've done I can see where I will benefit. I'm looking forward to improving my balance and reducing hip pain.
