OK, I cannot believe this. I've only done the 1st 2 of these, and I feel VERY GOOD. Now, some brief history: I have been feeling VERY BAD. Physically, mentally. In general. Stiff, sore, discouraged, unmotivated. I even tried yoga 2X's before in my life, and both times I hurt myself, so that I couldn't do any other exercise for over a week, both times. So I crossed it off my list - not for me. But something about this kept nagging at me ... maybe the great emphasis on beginners, those who are literally afraid of yoga, etc.
Maybe the idea of flexibility (I'm 64). One more try, I can always send it back, I thought. Well ... unbelievable. I feel so good I can't even explain it, it doesn't even make sense - & this is not a placebo effect (I'm a therapist, I know all about that). I just plain old feel better - MUCH better. No aches or pains today (1st time in months) & I'm in a good mood (no other identifiable reason). Just reporting the facts, everyone, please take from it what you will! (And if you buy it, enjoy!!!)
