Won't connect to wifi.

When I saw this camera and read about all the features that it had, I was super excited about it. However, after installing it and spent 2 days trying to get it to connect to wifi. I spent 2 hours on the phone with a EZVIZ tech from support. I was done. Nothing I tried worked, I could NOT get this thing to stick with my wifi. I've tried both the ways they recommended, I've even called their tech support and they sent me instructions on other ways to fix the problem, and none of them worked. If it takes that long to setup a camera, its not worth keeping. I've got to give it the Lowest score.
I even thought it was my router settings that's on a 2.4 network as I read some articles that talked about that, yep tried it rebooted the router a few times and nothing. It just seems like the wifi component just didn't work. I also wasn't satisfied with the technical support, they didn't seem like they wanted to help you out. Would not recommend.
