Case looks and feels of decent quality. Holds and protects my fire good. The best features to me are the prop up function, magnetic closure and the handy outside pocket. The pocket works great if your a traveler to slide in a printed itinerary, boarding or luggage ticket. An added bonus is the included stylus/pen. I tried the Moko case prior to this, but the fitament was fair (wouldn't stay put) and the prop function was less desired than this. Would definitely recommend this case to others.

Being a proud Kindle user for a number of years, I have owned several different units thru purchases for family members or upgrades. ProCase was a recent purchase for my new HD8 2016. WOW! PROCASE has exceeded my expections in their quality case cover. Amazing features that I wanted in a case cover. The soft durable cover feels like a high grade leather. Works just as described providing the user highest satisfaction level. The price point was a very pleasant surprise. Much less and more user friendly than the cover I bought at time of my GR8 Purchase. I plan on replacing new covers for the Christmas kindles I purchased with the ProCase I discovered after those orders were placed. The amazing quality is that good! Would I recommend this product to friend? You get cha! EVERY single time! ProCase will be my new "go to" item for covers on all future orders. 5 Stars on product with fast delivery and they even contacted me AFTER the sale! Now that is what I call a great product with great customer service! THANKS PROCASE!!!

Was very wary of ordering a third party case, but was unduly concerned. This case is built extremely well and looks like it will last. Feels great in the hand and I love the little flap in the cover for carrying a note or credit card. I wasn't expecting the stylus pen and it was a welcome surprise. You can't go wrong for this price - about 1/3 the cost of the Amazon branded case

I very much like this type of tablet case. It is one of the few on the market that has the multiple position stops on the inside of the front cover. Over 90% of the cases out there you have to fold the front of the cover back to either tuck into a tab on the back or fold into a triangle which only gives you one position. With the ProCase cover, I also like the stylus holder and pocket on the front. The price is pretty sweet too!

This is a big improvement over the MoKo case I had previously bought for my new 2016 Fire. The Fire stays propped up when you have it opened up, and the case is quite sturdy and protective. It looks like nice leather (though it's not) and feels really nice and a bit grippy so it doesn't slide out of your hands so easily. Love the stylus loop - that is so handy, and the stylus that came with it works really well. This is my second ProCase, the first I bought for my 7" 2nd generation Fire and though I haven't been using it for long it's holding up well (and apparently is no longer available).

A half-star off for the cutout for the camera lens cutout being just a bit too small - I don't know what the second 'circle' by the camera lens is for (light sensor maybe?) but the frame covers most of it up. I haven't noticed that it makes a difference in the Fire's functioning yet, so I haven't done anything about making the cutout larger.

And a half-star off for ProCase not having a frameless case for the 2016 HD 8 yet that prop like this, like the cases I have for my first Fire (EXOTEK Premium Slim-Fit Folio Cover Case With Multi-Angle Stand For Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7-Inch-Black). I really dislike frame covers, but unfortunately there are almost no frameless that prop like this (and I will not buy MoKo again). Once ProCase comes out with a frameless cover that props like this, I'll be buying it though!

This case is far superior to the one I bought that was listed with my Kindle Fire HD. This one has the fold up cover to use as a stand which actually does hold up the Kindle decently and also comes with a stylus pen and holder for it at the side of the case which is a big benefit to me. I am very pleased with this item. This case is much easier to handle and not slippery like the one sold by Amazon to go with the Kindle which is very smooth. This is more like fabric and the magnet is working out well for the closure.

Even though it is a little bulky it is by far the best case I've tried for my Fire HD 8 2016 tablet. With another Amazon slimmer cover the spine cracked within 20 min. of use and I immediately returned it. This case is sturdy, allows full screen viewing, the magnetic closure works well, and it's not slippery like most other cases. I particularly like the way this case props up. This is the only case I have seen with this vs. all the others where you have to fold the cover back to prop up. I have found the prop up to be sturdy. Three strips allows for options in how you want to prop your case. My cut out also allows charging while the tablet is in the case. The outside pocket is an added bonus which allows me to keep a few pieces of scrap paper and one of my eyeglass cleaning cloths. The stylus tip is better than others I have tried, plus it also has a ball point on the other end. I really, really wish they offered a brighter color, such as magenta, but the blue is fine. I'm so glad I found this case in the sea of other cases sold on Amazon for the Fire HD 8 2016 tablet!

Near perfect, quality case for Fire HD 8. Superior design for landscape (horizontal) viewing, but doesn't provide for vertical (portrait) watching, so have to hold case upright when watching vertically. Comes with pretty good stylus which most cases surprisingly don't for some reason. Case feels like real leather, with very soft interior and all the right pukas (Hawaiian for holes). Good price too. Don't waste your money on those other cases in which you have to slip the case top into a slit on the back -- they slip out and worse have no way of adjusting the viewing angle.

Wonderful case, all buttons/speakers/camera are accessible, The pocket in front is perfect for my micro SD card holder, and it stands up beautifully for watching video (I completely disagree with some reviewers who say otherwise). I just returned from a train trip with my 84 year old mother - we watched videos on the moving train and this case stood up to the movement perfectly. The stylus isn't the best quality, but there's an elastic loop to hold a stylus so you can put your own in it - which is what I did. The magnetic auto on/auto off closure is very convenient. I couldn't be happier!

The case is very well made. No funny smells. Has what I wanted: Velcro secured inside the case, magnetic closer and off/on, multiple angle landscape stand, and a stylus holder. I also like that it doesn't have the microfiber lining - those just attract dirt and dust. Love the sewn on strips that serve as bumps to prop the kindle up. Would've gotten the blue, but it was more expensive. That's okay, the black looks classy and elegant!
