When she says 4 dance steps per section, that’s what she means! The rest is walking, pure walking with things such as arm twirls. Up four steps, back four steps. This is a beginners’ DVD. She may think it is an old people’s DVD but I am 80, in excellent shape, and it is boring. I like Gilad, Charlene Prickett, Dance-X, Leslie Sansone in her faster or longer CDs.
This will be good if you never worked out before. But you could start with a harder DVD, do it at your, level, and work up to doing it well, particularly if you choose an instructor like Gilad who tells you what to do. This will get old quickly and you will have to improvise a lot to make it aerobic. I hope I can return it.
