Top critical review
Ratings based on customer service, NOT product

I bought this product to jump start my very small motorcycle (250 cc compared to the 2.5 L it claims to start). I chose this particular product because of the 4.5 star rating, though I admit I didn’t actually read the reviews. After fully charging the product, I followed the directions and tried to jump my bike. Nothing. I waited a minute per the instructions and tried again. Nothing. I charged it back up to full capacity and tried again. Nothing. So I took the battery out and took it to a friend’s house to use his trickle charger. Taking it out was what i was trying to avoid. Needless to say, I came back to read the reviews, convinced I was missing something. As I read, I realized the reviews were of the company, not the product. In fact, most reviewers agree it is a BAD product that doesn’t work; however, they gave high reviews of it because the company BRIBED them with a newer, better product free of charge. Good customer service is important, but so are honest reviews of products because people make decisions based on those reviews. Good customer service doesn’t change the fact that this company continues to sell a defective product. This product is supposed to jump a 2.5 L car. It doesn’t. That deserves a one star (or less) rating.
