Updates keep breaking basic product functionality

I am sorry to say you should not buy this product. But probably not for the reason you think.
The product is ok. On the surface I'd give it a 3 or 4 star review and list a bunch of pros and cons. But the largest issue with this product...the thing that makes it a 1 star...is that the Cloud Cam team keeps shipping updates that break stuff. Sometimes the stuff is broken forever. Usually it is broken for a release or two (ie a couple of weeks) and then is repaired. The stuff they keep breaking is basic functionality. First was motion notifications. Then they tried to fix that and broken more stuff. Some stuff is repaired, other stuff is never repaired. The bugs change by the release.
Today they broke reliable live video streaming. Their list of breakage is never ending.
Maybe one day it will improve. Maybe one day you will be able to rely on basic product features working all the time, like live video feeds and motion notifications. But for now, this is a product to avoid. I regret that I purchased 4 of them and having purchased the 1 year enhanced subscription. Don't make the same mistake I did.
