This is great baby food. I like that it's not apple based like the majority of the pouch baby food out there. It's difficult to find veggie baby food without lots of fruit added, especially apples. I'm not really sure what makes it stage 4. It's a purée and doesn't seem to have much more texture than stage 2 baby foods. My younger baby handles it just fine. I do wish there were more veggie flavors available but it's a good product.

I purchased this because I was on a "Soft" food diet. My Grand Daughter was hungry during an outing, so I made her taste a little. She loved it so much that I gave my Son all that I had, plus purchased more varieties for her. My Sister is a registered nutritionist and she approves of the product, so does my Daughter in Law. I still keep a couple at work just in case.

I love this specific pouch because the number one ingredient is spinach. Most baby food pouches, even the ones with "veggie" or "vegetable" in the name, have apple as the number one ingredient. Yes, this one has it has apple as its number 2, but it still has more spinach than apple. It is hard to find baby food pouches that have a vegetable and not a fruit as it's main ingredient. FYI -- most baby brands (but not all) list the ingredients on the front in order of the most to the least (spinach, apple, sweet potato, kiwi). Happy Tots lists them in order, but read your ingredient list on other brands. Just because it lists a vegetable first on the front, doesn't mean it's mainly vegetables. Also, the subscribe & save price makes it cheaper than my local stores, even when it's on sale.

My child loves pouches, but this particular flavor with kale and chickpea she wants nothing to do with. Love the happytot products and there are lots of other ones she enjoys, but even my 6 month old son who will eat anything makes a face at this flavor combo

If your baby is picky, then it might take 3 tries for your baby to like this. My 18 months old daughter is very picky with veggies. She first didn't like it. I had to force it for her to keep trying and she end up liking it. It sounded so mean how I described but my daughter is just picky with the first taste but when she has someone to help her try it again, then she eventually realizes she actually likes it!

A bit misleading. The images here state "20% Iron", but the actual package says "10% Iron". I got this specifically because it had more iron in it that other brands.

I bought these for the excellent ingredient list and ease of feeding my 15 month old who loves pouches more vegetables. Unfortunately, she doesn't like the taste. I tried them too and the sweet potato / kiwi flavor combo is really odd, like tart sweet potatoes. I'm going to mix them with applesauce and yogurt in a reusable pouch I got, but it would have been nice to just be able to give them to her. Very happy to find a pouch that is heavier on the veggies, but I feel the flavor combination is off.

These are the only flavor pouches my son will eat. He eats two a day. They are a little cheaper at Target, but not by much and sometimes they don't keep them stocked in the stores, so this is a great alternative place to purchase.

Our son loves Happy Baby pouches and this flavor was a hit! Will continue to buy as it is a perfect size and gives him a perfect balance of fruit and veggies when he doesn't want to eat as healthy as he should.

Definitely a health combination of fruits and vegetables. The texture is not as thick as other typical toddlers pouches. It can easy spill and have purple mess. I think these are better for older toddler who can control their hands and fingers. Mine was not yet 18 months and I always had to help on theses.
