LOVE these things! I mean, if you haven't tried them, you might be thinking..."pita chips????" Well, let me tell you, you're missing out! They're wonderful. I personally hate fresh pita BREAD that you buy in the store, but these are so AMAZING since they're baked chips! I must eat 3 regular sizer big bags a week at home, and the fact that they're baked makes me feel much better about eating them. If you like hummus (or any dip, salsa or salad really), these are a must have! My favorite hummus is Sabra brand - and I think they are both made by the same family of companies - especially the Pine Nut flavor. I also love Stacy's "Everything Bagel Crisps! My favorite flavor of the 3 in this variety pack is the naked chips, which may give you the notion they are plain, but they are actually very delicious, and I enjoy them best just "naked" as described (right out of the bag with nothing on them). They have only wholesome ingredients and I love the convenience of the individual portion sized bags. I usually keep a few extra of the individual portion sized snacks and lunch items at my desk and that way not only do I have a back up meal or snack for when I get too busy to take a real lunch break, but sometimes, just as an act of kindness, I'll brighten a coworkers day and take them a snack when I see they have a particularly heavy workload or just want to brighten someone's day. Also nice when we have a group brown bag or bible study lunch and you need something easy to eat or nibble on. Another thing I like about having a few extra at work is that if I wind up sitting down with a friend during the lunch hour, I can share without feeling like I don't have my own lunch, and they don't feel guilty about it either. I love the nice, thicker texture of the naked ones and the parmesan ones. The cinnamon ones seem a bit thinner and lighter and crispier and perfect if you want a bit of a sweet snack but don't want to go crazy overboard with a heavy sugar-laden guilt trip. These are also wonderful if you like chips with your sandwich, you can just eat your tuna or chicken salad, for example, right on the chips and forgo the bread. That way you get the crunchy chip experience and can leave out the extra carbs.
