Frustratingly Awful Cuing but Good Program if you Can Figure Out the Instructions

I am very frustrated and disappointed with this workout set. The program is very well planned, and I had worked out with this all week, but got stuck with the Long and Lean video where the teacher's complete inability to actually explain HOW to do moves became untenable. This video has complex yoga moves, but instead of explaining each move and how to do it, the instructor simply states a long list of incomprehensible terms like downward snake and upside down dog, or whatever terms she was throwing out. This set should come with a warning that this workout program is only designed for people who already know exercise terminology since the instructor does not bother to teach or explain moves and just states terms. I think this exercise program is very well thought out and I really felt that I was getting stronger all week ,and I am extremely disappointed that the first week is capped of with a disk that is completely impossible to follow since there are zero instructions. The second worst workout DVD was cardio. It's very difficult and fast and it's just hard to do the same DVD twice in the same week when there is no music. This is a tough dreary workout routine, but if one has studied exercise termiology and can follow the moves, I think this program can really help people get in shape. I am sad I have to abandon this program because Long and Lean is completely impossible to understand. The other problem with the instructors poor communication skills is that she keeps referring to her own right side as "right" without realizing that her right is my left. She could fix this be referring to "your right" leg. I think she really knows what she is doing and has planned a great exercise routine, but she's a poor communicator and I've just given up on trying to understand these videos.
