While every child is different, mine was able to latch to EVERYTHING, so I feel I'm a pretty good judge when it comes to nipples.
1. The slow flow is a PERFECT flow. The doctor even tested it out and was very pleased.
2. I have tried avent, lansinoh, doctor browns, & these... these create the least mess. I don't know what it is about other nipples but they don't keep the milk in his mouth. I believe it is the extra round shape around the nipple that creates a block if he opens is mouth wider or becomes lazier while eating.
3. NO NIPPLE COLLAPSE. Avent nipples were AWFUL with nipple collapse!
4. No air bubbles! Even when I get lazy holding the bottle and think "shoot get t together" there are never ever bubbles in the nipple part. It seems great! (My son has acid reflux and I trust these the most)
5. They're easy to clean. Cleaning all the different bottles we've tried, it's a pain when nipples have extra creases around the rim part or when the nipples do weird things like bulge out or indent in certain areas.

I would greatly appreciate if you marked my review helpful as I hope I have helped!

These nipples are consistently inconsistent. Some don't have holes poked in them. Some are different sized holes which makes the flow rate vary. I had to return and get others sent. The ones that actually work, work well

This was the only bottle nipple my 10 month old would take when I stopped breastfeeding, and he took it right away which was an amazing relief after having bought and tried at least 5 others. Very durable, and he still uses the fast flow nipples today- we replace as they wear out, so every couple months.

My daughter had a rough time switching from breast feeding to these nipples. As far as being "Slow Flow"-----seemed more like Med and when turning bottle upside down to test, the formula flowed easily from the nipple unlike other slow flow nipples. We ordered slow flow nipples to avoid formula from streaming out but these did not do the job. They may have been defective or they may not have been but either way they did not work for us.

We love the Playtex bottles with the angled neck. It's the only bottle my babies have drank from and we've tried quite a few. Great product. These slow flow nipples mimic the breast and my infant took to them instantly.

I bought 3 boxes. Of the 3(6nipples) there’s only about 2 that is actually slow. The other ones come out just as fast as the medium flow. My baby chokes on half the bottle while the other half leaks out his mouth leaving him still hungry. I got these because 6 years ago I used them for my 1st and they were great. Now you have no idea what you’re going to get. It’s not only Playtex because I’ve tried other brands. They all seem to be fast. Not sure what happened over the past few years but I’m very upset and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on these.

These are not the same as originals and will leak with my playtex drop in bottles. These nipples are thinner and cheaply made, they do not create a seal so the bottle will leak between the nipple and bottle because you soon on the nipple it will click but as soon as you tilt the bottle it will drench in a constant leak.

These can be really hard to find in slow-flow in the stores, so I was thrilled that Amazon had them in stock. I never hanged over my kids to the medium and rapid flow nipples, even after they turned one, because they too often would leave a bottle of water lying around and it leaks from those nipples too easily onto wherever they laid it down. The slow-flow does not have that problem. It also makes them work a bit harder for the fluid. Great product and glad it is carried here!

I am on my 7th baby. And since the first, I have used Platex nipples. When I found the Natura Latch Nipple, I never changed. 7 babies. This is my nipple of choice! Start with slow, move to medium, and up to fast! You'll know when it's time to upgrade too.

Be sure to check ALL nipples during each cleaning for wear. Especially when the baby is teething. They can chew a tear right into the thing. Keep spares around!

I had twins five months ago. I tried nursing both at once.......but that was a nightmare! I envy and admire any woman who can manage that.

I decided to nurse one, while my husband bottle feeds the other. These nipples are the best we've found. The babies haven't shown a preference for bottle or nursing. I recommend keeping nursing babies on slow-flow nipples as long as possible (we are still on slow-flow with our 5 month olds). Highly recommend for any woman who switches between nursing and bottle feeding.
