NOT a fad diet book -- sensible & easy approach to cutting calories without pain

I love this book. I bought it a while ago and finally got around to looking at it. It is NOT a fad diet book. It's a method which can help you curb your calorie intake (the only way to actually lose weight--lower your calorie intake! It's physics, folks!), without having to do this or that or the other thing and without having to count calories. I'm buying the ingredients & making my first batches of soup tomorrow, and am very much looking forward to it. It's simple, clear and makes sense to me.
