Unit came on time and no damages. I have had several of these from the same the company over the past 15 yrs. and the are allot of money. Wish there were made of a more high quality material. The outer surface is easily cut and you have to keep it out of ultra violite lite and you have to baby it. For the money they should include a repair kit with the product. This would help with the inevadable tares. Front gate sells the same product. The unit is very comfortable but you can't jump on it and you must treat it with respect and you'll have it for many years.

I've owned pools for 40 years and because of other expenses always had to buy the "bargain" float/pool lounge chair. Finally upon retirement I decided to get two top of the line chairs, price be damned. These looked like them and as hard as it was to spend almost $500.00 for two chairs I bit the bullet. Excited to finally get them the first thing I noticed with the bronze was that it was shiny gold. Not much of a pool color but the others were even more money! After adjusting the backs before putting them in the pool (which is really kind of a pain in the a**) I tried to get comfortable but it just wasn't happening. I am 225 lbs. and these are rated for 300 lbs. but I'm not sure that persons head would be above water. The leg portion is too short and I had to adjust the back three times to even get close to a position where I could sit up. The cup holders were underwater so the built-in drain was pretty useless. Then every time I tried adjusting myself in it, it wanted to tip over. It's not well balanced and needs to have larger pontoons or a wider beam. Bottom line they are both going back. Very disappointed. So far Amazon has been great with the return process even having UPS pick up at my home. I found several great lounges on Wal-Mart.com at 1/2 the price and will be giving them a shot. Then its back to the old faithful ones and a large air pump!!!

I really wanted to love this chair. It looks so comfortable and it is nice and soft. My husband who is 200 lbs picked it out because it said it would hold the weight. Well it wouldn’t hold him! I though well it will hold me. I am 115 lbs and 5’1”. Unfortunately it is not stable and keeps tipping to the side. The other thing that is troubling is to adjust the back you actually need to get off the chair and turn knobs then tighten them. I want a chair I can adjust while I’m in the pool sitting on it. Sadly it is going back can’t even use it.

I've only started using this a few months ago. While it is comfortable to lay on in the pool (front or back), the material doesn't hold up. You can see several areas it starts to deteriorate (rip). My other one did the same thing. Despite that, I haven't found anything better so I'll keep getting this product.

Super comfy. Very high quality. Gets a lot of use. No signs of wear & tear yet.
Seat back adjusts for maximum tranquility, and dual beverage holders are a nice touch.
Only reason 4 stars instead of 5? A bit pricey.

I've used this product for three months, and it's already falling apart.
The arms are separating from the body, there are slits all over the body.
This product was used by one adult. I don't know what kind of warranty this product has, but it should last more than 3 months.

Poor quality and the covering to the foam has lots of areas that allow water to enter and saturate. The adjusters don't hold in position well and anything will stain these so at least stay away from the white.
