I’ve been getting these blades from Walmart for years. I saw them here on Amazon I thought I would try since they are at a lower price. I had to throw at least three away the first time I used them because they were cutting up my legs and irritating my skin. I felt like those three out of the eight were defective I also felt like they didn’t give me a close enough shave. I’ve never had any problems with Gillette over the counter. I will not buy these again. Not a deal when you have to throw three away.

I believe that gillette fusion razors are better than other available razors in its class. However, I am noticing a slight decrease in quality and longevity in these razors. I am not sure if they have changed something in the build, but they do not last as long (for me) as they used to. Im sure these will work great for everyone else, but I myself have thicker growth on my beard, and I tend to use these to shave my head occasionally. My use for these is heavy, bout twice a week. The blades I would buy from the store (Target, Walmart) used to have a blue lip, as seen in my photo. These, and now even in the stores, have an orange lip. I am not sure if there is any difference between the two, but I found that the old (blue) ones would last longer. I rely on these because my facial hair is thicker than the average user, but for the hefty price point I would like these to live up to their reputation of longevity. Also, when trying other razors, I always come back to these specifically because of the precision trimmer. I use it A LOT. However, they do get clogged fairly quickly, I hope these get better. Now that I talked about my frustrations with these, I will admit that these are still far better than most available razors of its class.

No, no, no!!! The protective strip kept falling off early on a few of the blades but I figured maybe it was just the difference of buying in the store versus online? After all this is the brand I've used for over five years. Tonight I ended up shaving off layers of my skin and it took forever to stop bleeding. These are horrible!! Do not buy.

My kid is coming to the age where she needs to shave her legs and I was just showing her all the endless scars on my legs from using disposable, one-blade razors to try to save money in my youth. I hope she uses razors like these for life because you really DO get what you pay for. These razors just glide over my legs, and leave them perfectly smooth and un-knicked in ONE pass. They last and last, too. One piece of advice: be sure to dry off the blade between uses, or it makes the moisture strip brittle, which causes it to skip.

I used to absolutely hate shaving. Actually, I still kinda do. But these razors make it a breeze. One pass and your skin is smooth as a baby's you know what. And they catch every little nook and cranny of your face (or whatever you may shaving...(hey, I don't judge). I used to buy these at Walmart, but found them on here and you will pay just a bit cheaper here than there, I do believe. But really, you can't go wrong with these. If you want a good smooth shave, and FAST, get these razors. I still hate to shave, but if I gotta, I wouldn't use anything else but these razors. BTW, get the Gillette Sensitive Skin After Shave (in the light green bottle), too.Gillette After Shave Gel, Sensitive Skin, 2.5 Ounce (Pack of 6) Not that you'll need it after using these razors, because it's doubtful you'll have any burnt, raw or cut skin after using these little beauties, but man does it smells good. Just an extra plug for Gillette, there.

These blades are not the standard Fusion and their quality- When put on new they are not sharp and I am not using them anymore as they are unacceptable. I have used the brand for 10 years and these are not right-I would suggest they are forgeries of the real Gillette Fusion blades.

If you prefer to use and don't mind paying for major brand name blade cartridges, this pack is way to save money over buying standard packs you find in big box stores. Nothing dodgy here. Authentic factory pack of blades. Well within expiration date when you receive them. Tip. Blades last much longer when your rinse well, shake off moisture & pat with towel. Set down so they can complete drying.

You get what you pay for, I'm just not willing to pay anymore. If I were a rich man I would still get these. Since I am not, what is the point off getting the sharpest and smoothest razor, if I find myself unwilling to change the blade as often as I should? Now I buy Dorco razors (what I believe Shave Club uses) in bulk. They might not be quite as smooth as Gillette Fusion, and I do miss the power, but now I can afford to always have consistently sharp razors. No more guilt every time I discard a blade, thinking that I probably could have eked out one more day, and one more shave out of it. But if you can afford it, go right ahead, order this amazingly great razor blade.

I've been using these blade, purchased retail for many years. I read the reviews here and finally after signing up for Prime decided to order a package. First they look authentic, packaging seemed to be fine. Here is my experience and it's all I can share. Giving it 3 stars but it probably should be 2.

First I only shave once a week, usually a blade will last 3 to 4 weeks. Immediately I noticed all the coating wore off on the first shave with these. I found this strange as usually it lasts 3 to 4 shaves. It was all worn off. I'm not 100% sure what this coating does but I alway sussed it as a guide in terms of changing blades.

Second I have never cut myself shaving with these retail blades, never. I finished this first shave pretty cut up. I didn't write this review until I tried a second shave and sure enough I cut myself again today.

Based on the above I'm highly suspicious of these. I think I'll go back to purchasing in retail packaging. I guess you get what you pay for so just beware that these may not be authentic. I am going to call P&G per some of the comments on other reviews. Good luck.
