I've only been using Rachel's dog food for about 2 months now. My dogs love Rachel's Nutrish dog food even the puppies I will continue to use Rachael Ray's Nutrish matter fact Rachael Ray's dog food so good my cats like it. Speaking of cats, I got these Vitapet Probiotic Powder Blend For Dogs and Cats with 5 Billion CFU Per Serving just to make sure they were not getting constipated from eating dog food. They are having regular stools and enjoy the taste of the probiotic.

I will give it a solid 4 stars. We have been trying it for two months now and my five dogs (even the picky one) seem to enjoy it.
Their stools are normal. They had no problems at all switching brand and we have had no issues with digestion.
My only con - there has to be one at least :-) is that when I open the package to pour content into a container, well, the food is really greasy. I was a bit rebuked by it the first time and was expecting the worst from this food but it turned out to be a great choice, both for quality and price.
I will go on buying.

We have 3 Boston terriers and they love this food. It keeps their coat shiny and keeps them from having dry itchy skin. It is aslo very good for them. We have this set up on subscribe and save and we get a bag every other month. So convenient to have it shipped to the door. No wrestling with a big bag at the store! We love Rachel Ray and we love her dog food.

We have been buying this food for years! When Rachael Ray came out with this food, we switched and our dogs all loved it and their coats improved. We have tried beef and chicken. The dogs seem to prefer the beef. This brand has not been on the recall lists as far as I know, which adds some comfort in knowing we are feeding quality food to our dogs!

My dog is a very finicky eater. I've tried offering him many dry foods but he always just sniffs them then walks away, most of the food he's been offered were quite expensive, "gourmet" brands. He would eventually eat them if they were left for him long enough or if they were mixed with canned food.
When I offered him Rachael Ray Nutrish, he gobbled it up right away and then begged me to give him more.

I have 2 dogs, a 2 year old german shepherd and a 2 and 1/2 year old daschund mix. We got him at the shelter. I was feeding them a cheaper brand of dog food. They are usually very playful but seemed to be slowing down. The German Shepherd, Apollo, started losing weight. Not a good sign. He just wasnt eating well. I decided to change their food to something better for them. The Rachael Ray was an instand hit. The ingredients are good for them and its very affordable. My German Shepherd has gained weight and they are both back to their usual selves. I like the varienty of flavors also.

I just opened the bag from an order placed in January. I used to go through this food fast when I fostered but now that I'm down to one, I've only just now had to open a new bag. It smells like paint. No other way to describe it. And, the bag doesn't have an expiration date stamped where the expiration stamp goes (or anywhere else on the bag, for that matter). Who knows how long this stuff was sitting in an Amazon warehouse.

It's been "off-gassing" for a good hour now and still smells like paint when you stick your head in the bag or smell the food in a bowl. Too late to return/refund but I will never EVER buy this food again. And, I will never EVER buy any other dog food from Amazon if they carry product without dates.

Back to chewy and Taste of the Wild for my guy.

When I first gave this food to my great dane, he was throwing up after every meal. I thought maybe he had gotten into something that was making him sick. Turns out it was this food. My dog couldn't even keep this food down. I'm not sure if it was the food itself or just that he wasn't tolerant of it. Either way, he was fine overnight when I switched his food.

I don't know what it is about this dog food, but my picky eater LOVES this stuff. I have a husky who usually will devour a new food/flavor at first, but after about 5 helpings she'll get tired of it and refuse to eat. I've even tried buying smaller bags of different dry dog food to switch it up, but if she's had it before, she doesn't want it again. I usually buy Taste of the Wild and have also tried Purina Beyond, Natural Balance, and even the Costco brand dog food, all different flavors, but she absolutely loves this brand. I can serve this to her time and time again and she will always devour it all. Will definitely be trying other flavors of this brand.

Thankfully, my dog loves this dry food. I feel so much better giving her something that I know is healthy. I mix it with the Nutrish wet food and she hasn't turned any of it away yet. She is not a picky eater but I have always tried to give her the highest rated food, which is sometimes not as tasty as the questionable ingredients. This product certainly is tasty and is even better in price than what I have been feeding her. I bought a small bag first to see if she would like it. She did so I bought the mid-size. I would have bought the larger one but I knew I wouldn't have been able to lift it. A really good purchase.
