Meditation is a very important aspect of life as it helps one to connect with oneself and just relax completely. I am a stay home mum of two kids and I work online and of late I have been stressed as my children are all over and makes it hard for me to balance between family and working. I needed a good book to help me relax and connect with self. I got this book and it has been a good guide on meditation and I been relaxing and just connecting with self.
The book is a good guide and outline the important aspects and types of meditation. I will definitely use this book in future for reference on meditation. Great book Thanks to the author.
