I have only had this product a couple of days now but while studying it has helped me immensely already. I am beginning to finally understand the process of selecting the correct answer. This book is smaller than others so I carry it with me. I really like it so far.

This is a great book to practice alternative question that you do not find in your standard NCLEX prep book but will encounter on the NCLEX exam. I love that the answers and rationals are on the same page as the questions. It is frustrating when you have to go searching for the answer section.

This book is so great for NCLEX prep! It gives way more options for types of questions than any other NCLEX books and materials that I have. It also gives you the rationale on the same page for each question. So you just have to use your hand to cover the answer. It’s a great addition to all the other millions of things I’m using to study right now.

Everyone in my class wanted me to send them the Amazon link to this book. They loved the questions and explanations provided in this Q/A book.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. Wrong information everywhere. Some question explanations contradict the answers that they give. Get Saunder's if you're looking for a good review book with content and questions.

It’s an entire book on questions that aren’t just single answer! Diagrams, ordering, and TONS of SATA in here. Student or board prep, buy this.

If you are a student who finds trouble answering a "select all that apply" type of question, then this book is an investment! Only cons are that there are only 600 questions, but still worth the purchase!

I've only hav the book 1 day. There are some really good questions. I couldn't help but question the answer/rationale for the pressure ulcer. It describes the stage correctly, but the selection is wrong. Can't give it more than 1 star at this point because I need to see how many errors are actually in the book. To be continued....

Me and my friends are using this to prep for NCLEX! It is a super hard book that kicks your butt, however this prepares you for unit tests and the NCLEX!

Not the book I had hoped for. It is week written but doesn't offer me much help with my exams in nursing school as we don't have picture questions for our alt format. Has several SATA question though that are great though
