You get what you pay for... do not recommend
May 25, 2018
7 for $20 is a good deal for compression socks, however you certainly get what you pay for with these socks.
I work as a nurse, and specifically bought these to aid in leg pain while working 12 hour shifts. Unfortunately, these socks are more of a burden than anything. The toes on the socks are too loose and do not fit, leaving a lot of extra fabric around the toe area. This becomes very uncomfortable when you have shoes on and the excess fabric is pushed up against your toes. The seams and lining of the socks, especially at the bottom of the socks, dig and push up against my feet making it very uncomfortable to walk. The friction that rubs against the seams of the sock and my shoes make my feet feel like I’m getting rug burn. This is not only uncomfortable but also inconvenient when I’m working and walking for 12+ hours. (Tip: I have found wearing regular socks over the compression socks help with this problem, but it’s also uncomfortable with the excess fabric at the top, as stated previously). And to not only make matters worst, they have already shrunk after one wash. I bought the 7 black pairs. With all one color socks, I was hoping to avoid the issue of mix/matching my socks and just being able to grab two when getting dressed. Unfortunately, some socks are now shorter than others, with one ending above the knee and the other way below it.
Like I said, you get what you pay for. The deal of 7 for $20 seems great, especially for compression socks which we all know can be pretty pricey, however I would definitely search else where for good quality socks. Would not recommend.
