I bought this for me new Kindle Fire 10 and it works great!! There were a few minor issues to begin with... I spent a fair amount of time trying to get my Kindle to fit into the tablet case and it just wouldn't fit! I thought maybe I had ordered the wrong case until... I discovered that there was a sheet of plastic inside the case that needed to be removed! Who knew? Once I figured that out (there was nothing to tell me to remove this piece of hard plastic... I thought it was part of the case!) my Kindle slid right in! This case is amazing! I feel a lot safer with this case protecting my Kindle and am very happy with it!! I've dropped my Kindle twice and had it knocked off the table by a curious cat but the case bounced and there as NO damage! But... and there is almost always a "but"... If I could change anything on it I would change the following... The openings on the side of the case that allow access to the power switch, the charging port and the volume control are too small! My man sized fingers have a hard time fitting into the openings to turn the Kindle on and even worse, it's really hard to slide the charging cable into the port. I solved this issue by buying an extension cable for the charger and inserting it into the port and leaving it there. So now I have a cable coming out of the side of the Kindle, through the hole in the case which lets me plug the charger in. I wrapped the excess cable around the corner of the case to take the tension off the port. Solved that one... I solved the power button issue by using... a ballpoint pen! I push the button with the pen (smaller than my fingers!) to turn my Kindle on and off! A little ingenuity and now my case is user friendly!! This case works well for me and I highly recommend it!!
My 2 year old loves this case and i love it more lol. He has dropped the tablet many times (and others thrown it 🤦♂️) and the tablet has been safe in there. It is raised on the edges so the screen is somewhat protected. Unless he hits it in a corner of something the tablet will be safe.
I bought my grandpa a fire tablet for Fathers Day. Before I handed him his very first “high tech” electronic I ordered him this case. VERY worth it. It’s thick, durable, soft to hold and comes with hanging or wrist straps. I highly recommend it, it has survived a few drops already.
