I wouldn't consider myself a procrastinator, per se, but I read this book anyways. It has lots of great ideas and tips for staying focused on the task at hand. Good ideas include, categorizing things to do based on the time frame (daily, weekly, etc). there are also more to do list structure types explained than I knew existed. very useful for staying organized.
This book found me. I was looking for a book to help me manage my time and came across it in my search. What I love about this book is how it is more of a guide to and helps you understand your own behaviors. I highly recommend this book.
