The only PRO is they are very slightly cheaper than Presto...

We use a LOT of paper towels.. and I saw the new Solimo brand for three bucks less. I thought I'd give them a try. The Presto brand had the total of 1896 sheets for $24, yet this Solimo brand boasted 2448 sheets for $20... what could go wrong? WELL... you get what you pay for. For $3 more, you get 12 huge, fat, fluffy rolls of thick Presto, which is as good, if not better, than the best leading name-brand. Sure, these Solimo paper towels come with twice the actual number of cardboard tubes wrapped in paper, but the actual rolls are half the size. The only reason you get more sheets TOTAL from Solimo is that they're SO THIN it's ridiculous. You can actually SEE THROUGH the Solimo sheets. Therefore, you will need to use more sheets of Solimo to do the same job as Presto, negating any savings, and as icing on the cake, you'll have to change rolls in the dispensers twice as often as well.
The TL:DR Version: While Amazon's other "value brand," Presto, are comparable to the top-rated Brawny brand, these Solimo rolls are what you will find at Dollar Tree or Family Dollar... and that difference in quality is not worth saving a couple cents per roll.
