Play with or without water!
Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2019
I bought this water table thinking it was going to warm up soon but it hasn't and surprisingly, my 21 month old has been playing with this water table WITHOUT water everyday!
The water table was pretty easy to assemble. The only part I struggled with was getting the screws in since the holes for the screws weren't actual holes yet. It wasn't hard though - just had to put in more force. Assembled it within 15 minutes.
I knew the ramp for the balls was going to be a hit for my toddler. He loves it rolling the balls and any other objects down the ramp. We've had this water table for almost 3 weeks now and he's still so entertained by it! It's a cool concept to pour water in one tower to lift the balls up from the other tower and down the ramp but my toddler doesn't seem to have the patience for that yet. He loves putting the balls in there and then asks for my help to take them out quickly, haha.
I thought the middle part would somehow connect to the actual water table but it doesn't and I wish it did. It can fall over pretty easily but that doesn't seem to bother my son. And that might be a good thing because my son can just pick up the middle part and tip it over to get the balls out from the tower easier! I just have to help him put it back in the middle.
I love the draining system to empty the water. Keep it mind it doesn't empty on its own, you'll need to tip the water table a bit to empty it completely. I made that mistake the first time and there was a lot of water still left the next morning.
Overall, I like this water table and I love that it entertains my toddler with or without water.
