I like this video because the instructor is very good at getting a person to stick with the exercising program. Not really hard to do the exercises and the program is geared to want you to continue to the next step
I have purchased other products but this is the best! It is easy and quick so you can exercise anytime. Also, it is not boring and you can select the routines you want to do for that day. All the exercises are done while standing. Love it!
I expected rock music. You can barely hear the beat, certainly not the song over the trainers' instructions. I looked for an option for 'music only' without instruction, but no. Also the senior people in the video are not helpful. One of them is off tempo all the time and that is very distracting. There are so much better low impact ones for seniors: Absolute beginners cardio & strength, 10 minute quick walk, even Richard Simmons' has better music and motivation.
