I'm really glad I found out about these for many reasons, but I'll start with my number 1, a workout supplement: collagen is a major component of muscle tissue, so it shouldn't surprise you to learn it can have a big impact on building muscle mass. Plus, collagen also contains a concentrated amount of glycine, an amino acid involved in the synthesis of creatine. This can provide muscles with the fuel needed to power through your workout.

Besides that it has my hair and skin feeling softer than Drake having a Pillow Fight. It's crazy I haven't been taking this before.

Im just learning about collagen. we need this as we grow older. these are easy to swallow and appears gentle to my stomach. looking forward to results as Ive been only taking it less than 1 month. will continue to take as it appears to be beneficial.

Capsule nice alternative to powder

I started using Collagen a few months ago with the rave reviews. I used the powder in my coffee or smoothie each morning. The capsule is a great alternative for traveling. I think the collagen does help me feel full and my skin looks great. I can't say totally from collagen, but I have only heard good about it so I will continue to sue.
