I bought this rowing machine 4 months ago. I'm 5' 9" and weigh 150lbs. The machine worked fine for most of the time. It was a pretty good value - I was looking for a budget machine that would allow me to get a combination of cardio and strength training in. One of the annoying things about the machine is the placement of the handle in between the knees, making it a bit clunky to hold without bumping into your knees. Also the length of the tension cable seems a bit short. It worked pretty well for a while, but after 4 months of use, one off the ball bearings for the seat roller broke. It should be a pretty easy fix if I could find a replacement part, but I'm having a very hard time finding any contact info for the manufacturer. I reached out to the seller on Amazon and one other website that looks like it might be the manfacturer (unsure) to see about getting a replacement part, but I have not heard anything yet.
Basic cheaper priced rowing machine. A distinct, loud rubbing noise started after ten minutes of use. Also, the LCD screen stopped working after ten minutes. Changed batteries. Jiggled the chord that connects the machine to the screen. Nothing works. No word back from the company after some days now. Waaaaay too much of a hassle to return but it kinda works so I’ll hang on to it I guess :/
