5.0 out of 5 starsConvenient and handy! Not a huge fan of "soapberry" though...

Let me start by stating that I only use these on my toddler's face and hands, like after meal times, craft times, and to wipe a snotty nose. I use another brand of wipes for diaper changes.
So what the heck is a SOAPBERRY??? When Water Wipes updated this ingredient (the old ones were 99.9% water with just a touch of grapefruit extract) I was like every first-time mom: skeptical. Google it... it is exactly what it sounds like: the berries from which soap is sometimes made. I initially used (the old) Water Wipes because they were so free of any harsh chemicals, so I used this new formula with caution.
I'm happy to report that, after using about half a package, so far my daughter's skin has had no adverse reactions! However, she had developed a habit of sometimes chewing on the old Water Wipes, which wasn't a problem to me when they did not include soap. So she's not crazy about me taking them away from her when she tries to chew on them now. :-/
But I do like the new texture (it's a little bumpy) and the new packaging (it has a firmer plastic sticky closure instead of the old sticker that used to come off if you got it to wet before you were done with the pack). I also like whatever new way they are folding them together! With the old formula/folding, it was often harder to separate just one wipe from the rest of the bundle when you got down to the last 3-5 wipes. Now they come out one a time all the time! So that's a nice improvement!
