great challenging workout

Curtis is a charismatic cheerful instructor who does not talk down to seniors. these workouts are really workouts. I have a shelf of chair yoga, chair workouts, senior workouts and these are my favorites. The scenery is wonderful, and the backup exercisers are friendly and can inspire. There are compound exercises that really raise the heart rate. You get a lot done in 20 minutes , including stretch and balance.
one thing- be careful if you have back issues and do not raise and flutter your legs- I just march and get the same aerobic benefit. I avoid the "lean back in your chair" exercises and do a march. but that is just an issue for me and my spine.
