This is a very nice and sturdy table however we were incredibly disappointed and shocked by how damaged it was upon delivery. Every corner was cracked, there were 3 missing pieces of hardware, a bent ball rack, scratches on the table surface and multiple other broken pieces. The package containing the small hardware was found to be torn open when we opened the box. The instructions clearly state that if anything is broken or missing that we need to send back the entire table (which arrives in a single box that weighs ~220 pounds). We gave this as a gift and cannot send it back or ship a new one given we needed to assemble it for our parents. This was very frustrating given the tables cost. We are hoping to speak to someone regarding these issues given we cannot replace specific pieces (not to mention so many parts). We went to a hardware store and bought pieces to be able to put it together into a playable form. If it had come as advertised it would be a fantastic table (easy to put together and store) but the damages put a damper on the big Christmas reveal. Please let us know how we can speak with a company representative to express our dissatisfaction.
