I don't like that there are NOT 28 exercise days - it is just a program that goes 28 days but Sat. and Sun. are "rest days". That being said you can double or triple up any day you want. I have done the abs day more frequently because I started with NO noticeable muscle there and couldn't do much at all. I am sore the next day but obviously need to do more abs/stomach muscle exercises. The time passes quickly. You tell yourself you can do just about anything for EIGHT minutes so you just keep going. I am feeling better and more energetic every day. I can really tell a difference in just two weeks so will definitely keep going.
