This was the first book I read by this author. I absolutely love reading about true paranormal events. When they do actually eat seafood, they tend to do so in a manner that negates all its wonderful benefits. First, they prepare it using a lot of unhealthy fats and oils as they lean towards frying it. They also marinate it in unhealthy sauces before cooking it in such oils. Secondly, they pair it with foods that can only be counterproductive to their goals. This book gave me a lot of information. This book is awesome to read and i think this book is the best book of this topic, and i really appreciate this book.

I thought the recipes in the book were creative and we enjoyed a number of them. For example, chowder with cauliflower is not something I ever tried before but it really worked. Each recipe starts on a new page, which I like but the recipes had no caloric information or images. The tips section was at the very end of the book which novices may not even notice if they don't read the entire book, I would have put as the first chapter.

I loved that the side bar was full of tips and commentaries. The best parts are the 11 pages of tables that connect each oyster to their source along with their size and flavor.
